Delta World Tire Company

Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Plenty of shops are offering deals this week. I chose this one. I scheduled my appointment the previous week for 1pm. By 3:15 they hadn’t even touched my car. When I walked in there was no one else waiting. I was just prioritized 5th or 6th to phone calls. Then I was told they might not even be able to fix my issue. They were saying their system double books people. When I placed my call, I specifically asked what time would be best to come in for their convenience and I shaped my schedule around it. What a lousy excuse. They acknowledged that it was a problem for some time- then do something about it. Here’s an idea, get a pen and paper and however many people you can fit in a time slot, that’s how many you write down. How innovative. It would’ve been great to have a glance at it saving me the 2 hours. I could’ve even had time to take it somewhere else. Waste of my day. Disrespectful to my time. It’s a shame because this place has good reviews. But how can I trust the opinion of people who can’t even keep their word on when they can see me.

No matter how carefully I drive, I seem to find a nail in a tire about once a year. I've been coming to Delta World Tire for these repairs for so many years that I'm starting to worry the staff recognizes me as "the nail customer." This time, I scheduled an appointment online in advance, which was very convenient. I arrived for my 8:00 AM appointment and waited a little while, but once they started working on my car, the repair was completed in just over 20 minutes. The staff is always friendly, honest, and professional. As always, there was no unnecessary upselling—just great service, fair pricing, and efficient work. Highly recommend!

I walked in around 1pm on a busy Saturday, needing a nail removed from my car's tire. Duane was friendly and helpful to me and a few other customers I saw him engage with in person and on the phone. They got me fixed up and on my way by 5pm, at a fair price. I'll be back the Delta next time I'm in need of auto work.

I had a great experience with Delta Tire. I picked up a nail in my tire while on the way to New Orleans from Baton Rouge, and unfortunately the tire couldn’t be repaired. I was in a tough spot on my way to a concert with limited time and needed a quick, reliable solution and they absolutely delivered. The team was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They got me in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was safely back on the road without any hassle. No upselling, no pressure, just honest service and great customer care. Situations like that can be stressful, but they made it easy. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help, especially since I was traveling. If you’re in the Metairie area and need tire service, I’d highly recommend them.

I was very happy with my experience bringing an Aston Martin to get difficult to install tires here and everyone was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process as I know this isn’t the normal car and requires extra precautions, would definitely bring it back here in future. Price of work was much lower than expected also.
